The contact form asks for your name, email address, company, project type and message. We also receive information you choose to send by email, such as a business enquiry or career introduction. Please send only information needed for the discussion.
Do not submit passwords, access keys, sensitive personal records or confidential client material through an initial enquiry.
2. Website and technical information
Requests to a website can expose technical information such as an IP address, browser details, requested URL and request time to the hosting and delivery services. Such information may be used to operate, troubleshoot and protect the website.
The current website application does not include Google Analytics, advertising pixels, remarketing scripts, visitor accounts or payment collection. See the Cookie Policy for the current browser-storage approach.

Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
5. Recipients and service providers
Enquiries are made available to the people responsible for responding and to communication or enquiry-handling services used for that purpose. The website contact form forwards validated submissions to the configured enquiry recipient. Hosting and delivery providers may process technical request information.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal rights. We do not sell personal information. Contact us if you need details of the recipients relevant to your enquiry.
Meeting scheduling uses Google Calendar. When you open the booking page, Google processes technical information and the booking details you provide. The meeting host receives the appointment information. Google Meet conferencing details are supplied through the booking confirmation. Google’s privacy policy also applies to its services.
6. Retention
Our standard retention policy for an inactive business enquiry is 12 months after the last meaningful contact. At that point the information should be deleted or anonymised unless it is still needed for an active client relationship, a legal obligation or a legal claim.
Professional introductions are reviewed for relevance rather than held indefinitely. Contact us to withdraw an introduction or request deletion. Records associated with an engagement may follow a separate retention schedule required by that relationship and applicable law.
7. Access and security
Access and handling should be limited to the purpose for which information is needed. Please use an agreed channel before sharing sensitive project information. No website or communication method can promise absolute security.

8. International handling
Distributed collaboration and service providers may involve handling information outside your country. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, those requirements apply to the relevant processing arrangement. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent. These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in the applicable law.

This website is intended for business and professional enquiries. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so that we can review and address it.
